Can't Tell Foundation

The Can't Tell Foundation is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting those affected by trauma and mental health challenges. Unresolved trauma from experiences like abuse, assault, addiction, chronic pain and other stressful events can be extremely damaging to one's mental, emotional and even physical wellbeing. By providing access to integrative mental healthcare, the Can't Tell Foundation aims to facilitate deep healing for individuals suffering from issues like PTSD, anxiety, depression, chronic pain and substance abuse disorders. Their approach goes beyond traditional talk therapy or medication alone, incorporating innovative evidence-based treatments like mindfulness/meditation, acupuncture, EMDR, nature immersion, fitness, nutrition, music/drumming, somatic therapies and plant medicines. Their trauma-informed programs are designed to address the root causes and embodied effects of trauma, empowering individuals to reprocess their pain, rewire negative neural pathways, release stored emotions and repair attachment wounds, and reconnect to their whole, healthy selves. Funds allow those in need to access this potentially life-changing support. By promoting integrative healing, the Can't Tell Foundation seeks to plant the seeds of hope, healing and overall wellness for trauma survivors.

Shari B. Kaplan, LCSW and The Can't Tell Foundation have Integrative Mental Health and Well-being programs located in Boca Raton, Florida and Los Angeles, California.

 

The video below shows a synopsis of the treatment protocol used in the foundation with a group of teens. One of the most significant goals of the Can't Tell Foundation is to treat all teens and young adults who are in or have been in the foster care system and in need of trauma treatment. At least 10% of all proceeds from Shari B's Potent Plant Medicine will be used to fund treatment in the Can't Tell Foundation treatment program.
